BOILER
INSPECTIONS: State laws require annual inspections and
job site inspections. Cole specifies both. When getting pricing,
be sure this is included and is not a hidden charge.
*PERMITS:
We provide an operating permit. We will provide the installation
permit if applicable. State laws require an operating permit.
Cole insures this is scheduled and performed. (Emissions
permits, if required, are "By Others".)
ISOLATION
VALVES: We provide isolation/closure valves. If not
included as standard equipment supplied with the boiler,
one 8" steam header valve could cost an additional
$3,500 or more!
VOLTAGE:
We wire to match job site specifications. Our equipment
is pre-wired to match your specifications at not cost to
you. If not included, this could cost an additional $1,000
or more!
STUB
STACK: We provide a standard, removable 4' stack with
rain cap. If not included, this could cost an additional
$2,000 or more!
GUARANTEE:
We cover defective parts and call-out service, 24 hours
a day, 365 days a year. (Some companies only provide OEM
warranty, meaning you ship to the factory and they will
ship you a replacement. Can you afford the down time?)
START
UP: All Cole Industrial rentals are started up by factory-trained
and authorized service technicians.

Training - Included in our start up is training for
your operators.
B.
O & M's - All Cole Industrial rentals have complete
O & M manuals including wiring diagrams.
C.
Inspection Walk Through - We walk through with the boiler
inspector.
D.
Mobile Inventory - Our service trucks maintain an extensive
inventory in the event a part needs
to be replaced.
CHECK-OUT
/ CHECK-IN: Our base price includes our cost to check-out,
including test firing, and check-in of equipment upon return....
no hidden fees or surcharges for this service.
SAFETY
VALVES: We provide relief valves set to the job sites'
specifications. If not supplied, costs to purchase or reset
valves could run $1,000 or more.
EFFICIENCY:
We rent Cleaver-Brooks boilers, the most efficient made.
Does a 2% efficiency make a difference? A 500hp boiler with
a 100% firing rate, and 100% utilization at .75 cents per
therm fuel means over $27,000/yr. in fuel savings per year.
