Cole Industrial, Inc., founded by Carl Cole in 1964, is a full-service Manufacturers' Representative serving the mechanical equipment field. Cole specializes in power plant, heating, mechanical contracting and industrial products through our representation of world-class manufacturers of packaged boilers, industrial burners, heat exchangers and other boiler plant equipment for many different applications. Cole Industrial provides new product sales, service, parts, technical support, testing, and training to a broad base of customers in Washington, Oregon, Northern Idaho and Alaska.

Cole has been the exclusive manufacturers representative for the industry leader, Cleaver-Brooks, since its inception. Cole has earned the reputation of being a single source solution for sales and service of heat generation and heat transfer systems. Our experienced and professional staff of New Product Sales Engineers, Service Technicians, Parts Sales Personnel, and Administrators is dedicated to providing rapid response to our customers and the industries we serve.

Cole supports the After-Market with the most responsive and technically qualified combustion and control service group in the Northwest and Alaska. Eighteen service technicians strategically located in our Lynnwood, Washington; Beaverton Oregon; and Yakima, Washington offices are available 24 hours a day. Our Service Department is fully equipped in all locations to provide scheduled preventative maintenance and other service requirements as well as rapid emergency response to customers.

Our quick-turn Parts Department stocks over $500,000 in Cleaver-Brooks and other manufacturers' power plant products in our three facilities. Our large parts inventory enables us to provide same day delivery to our customers in most cases.

Cole Industrial, Inc. employs forty-five people in our modern headquarters in Lynnwood, Washington. Maintenance operations, warehouse, loading docks and a large outside boiler storage area comprise this full service location. In November of 1998 we opened a new, expanded Yakima branch office. This modern 9,000 square foot facility provides sales, service, parts, rentals and used boiler sales for Central and Eastern Washington. These facilities give Cole the capability to provide shop assembled prefabricated components for our customers.
